• Do I have to wear my High School singlet?

  • No. You can wear any singlet of your choosing as long as it meets NFHS requirements.

• Do I have to wear a singlet to weigh-ins?

  • Yes. All wrestlers are required to wear singlets for weigh-ins. You may not remove singlet to make weight. All wrestlers will receive a 3-pound weight allowance (ex. 106 = 109)

• Do I have to wear a mouthpiece?

  • Yes, you must wear a mouthpiece IF you have braces.

​

• Do I have to wear headgear?

  • No, headgear is not required. However, we recommend it for your safety.

​

• Can I bring a cooler into the facility?

  • No. Coolers will NOT be allowed into the facility.

  • Wrestlers may bring food and drink in their bags, however.

​

• Do I need a coach?

  • No, you are not required to have a coach. Coaches’ bands can be purchased.

​

• Do coaches need to check in on Friday?

  • No, coaches can check in at any time throughout the event. While coaches do not need to check in Friday, they will be able to if they choose to do so.

• What style of wrestling is this event?

  • This event is Folkstyle wrestling and will use NFHS competition rules with a few exceptions (reference COMPETITION RULES above)

• Is there a refund policy?

  • At this time, all entries, tickets, and passes are non-refundable.
