This tournament will follow the NFHS rules and guidelines with the following exceptions:

• There will be NO time limit between matches. We will do our best to give 15 minutes in between matches, but this will depend on the flow of the tournament. 

​

• Head gear is optional, but is recommended. 

​

• College out of bounds rules will be used for control and near-fall / falls.
